We are one of the many casino operators, bringing entertainment to the city's gaming and leisure scene. With landmark venues including Horizons in Leicester Square, we blend heritage and prestige with modern style and luxury to create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
Behind the buzz of our casino is a finance team ensuring everything runs smoothly and that's where you come in.
We're looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join us on a full-time, permanent basis (40 hours per week), where your precision and number-crunching skills will help keep the show on the road.
What We Need From You
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar finance role
* Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles
* An eye for detail and accuracy
* Clear and confident communication skills
* The ability to work independently as well as in a team
* An AAT qualification or equivalent
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll ensure our finances are as sharp and seamless as the experience we deliver on the casino floor. Day to day, you'll:
* Process invoices, credit notes, and expenses
* Manage supplier payments and keep records up to date
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries
* Oversee daily bank feeds and cash flow
* Reconcile bank and control accounts
* Process petty cash and credit card statements
* Support with month-end and year-end closing tasks
* Assist with prepayments, accruals, and reporting
* Maintain supplier records, administration and analysis
