Electoral Services is a challenging and an ever-changing environment and we are looking for a candidate who is motivated, enthusiastic, and well organised. A willingness to go that extra mile to meet tight deadlines is key for this role. You will have clear verbal and written communication skills, and work with a high degree of accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in developing their career in elections and increasing their professional skills. Good knowledge of National Electoral Registration and good knowledge of administering all types of election is vital for this role as is a positive approach to the challenges of new legal and procedural changes.
The successful candidate will provide day to day leadership, management, and development of others so the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative, is an essential attribute.
