Job Description
This Site Assistant position is available on a Fixed Term Contract for an initial 24 months.
As our Site Assistant for the project you will be based full time on site, the site is located in Bloxwich, Walsall.
The Site Assistant role and responsibility is to:
* Actas the office administrator for the site including office supplies, filing, organisation of travel, recording and storing of documentation.
* Providefull administrative support to the Site Manager.
* Actas project assistant for the site team (arrange travel, create documents).
* Welcomevisitors and clients including arranging catering as required
* Developand co-ordinatebusiness review reports in conjunction with the Site Manager.
* Keeptrack of leave requests and absences.
* Createand adapts documents and templates.
* Providefull administrative support to the Site Manager.
* Keepthe Site Manager informed of all site related activities.
* Be aware of all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements relevant to their role, and implementand comply with them.
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications
* Basic diploma or equivalent in office administration
* Knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements
* Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS or CCNSG card or equivalent
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications
Personal Qualifications
* Solution orientated
* Good forward planner
* Ability to present ideas effectively
* Good command of English, other languages an advantage
* Ability to work with limited supervision and manage your own workload
