Food & Beverage Manager
Permanent - Full Time (37 hours per week)
£38,904.07 per annum
We are recruiting a customer-focused Food and Beverage Manager to join the Marlowe Theatre team, leading the development of our food and beverage offerings. This role will manage the Green Room and Kitchen teams to ensure an excellent experience for our visitors.
The Green Room is our established onsite café and restaurant, featuring a menu with dishes prepared from ingredients sourced across Kent. Our pre-show dining service allows audiences to enjoy a meal and be in their seats in time for the performance. Working with the Head Chef, the Food and Beverage Manager will develop and deliver an appealing food offer to cater to our diverse visitors.
Our theatre has three onsite bars serving up to 10,000 customers weekly. The Food and Beverage Manager will curate a beverage offer across our restaurant and bar spaces that meets our audiences’ needs while achieving commercial targets.
