This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineer who enjoys leading from the front and driving continuous improvement.
As Maintenance Team Leader, youll oversee a small team of multi-skilled Engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, mentoring team members, and supporting operational departments to minimise downtime and keep equipment running at peak performance.

1. Continental shift (2 days 2 nights).
2. Focus on safe working practices.
3. Site performance and KPIs.
4. Planned and preventive maintenance logs.
