Residential Conveyancer | Remote-First (Wadebridge Office Occasional Attendance) | Flexible hours (25 per week) £30,000£40,000 DOE (pro rata)

The role offers:
* The role is remote-first, with office attendance in Wadebridge, Cornwall, required from time to time for team and key client engagement.
* Highly flexible working patterns including school-friendly hours, compressed hours or 23 days per week
* 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours over time if desired
* Discretionary bonus scheme
* Potential for higher earnings for strong fee generators
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time)
* Full Christmas shutdown from 23 December to 2 January

Are you the right person for the job?
You will be a Qualified Legal Executive, Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing (commercial experience is a bonus, but not essential).
