Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of 25+ associates, including supervisors and department leads
* Oversee stock management, buying, deliveries, merchandising, and supplier relationships
* Manage budgets, margins, costs, wastage, and loss prevention
* Drive excellent customer service in a busy, fast‑paced environment
* Plan for seasonal peaks, promotions, and store events
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and absence management
* Support social media, in‑store events, launches, and brand initiatives
