Recruitment Solutions are working with our Client to appoint a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
With over 30 years experience in the Manufacturing and Distribution Sectors our Client has a highly visual presence across the UK and Europe. Due to internal promotions they have a need to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. The role will report to the Finance Manager and will have the autonomy to manage the Purchase Ledger function from end-to-end.
Responsibilities
* Supplier Invoice Processing - across a 3 way matching process
* Supplier Account Reconciliation - Weekly
* Supplier and Staff Expense Payments - applying specific Credit Terms
* Stakeholder Relationship Management
* Staff Team Management - building relationships with your direct reports
* Ad hoc Projects - with the Finance Manager and Finance Director
