TheRole
The Head of BusinessDevelopment Sports Marketing is responsible for creating andimplementing the strategy for the the acquisition of new Clubsteams federations and sports sponsorship assets into the portfolioacross all Castore global territories.
Workingwith the Chief Sports Marketing Officer the individual will set outthe sports marketing growth strategy and go to market plan for allregions assuming overall responsibility for pipeline managementdevelopment of sales materials and delivering the end to end salesprocess through to contract signature.
The Headof Business Development Sports Marketing will also support theChief Sports Marketing Officer and Sports Marketing Director withrenewals of existing partnerships.
Responsibilities
Workingwith the Chief Sports Marketing Officer define global partneracquisition strategy.
Responsible for end toend sales process from initial contact through to contractcompletion.
Development and ongoing refinementof GTM sales materials.
Pipeline management forall territories.
Development and ongoingmanagement of sales database.
Support to ChiefSports Marketing Officer and UK Sports Marketing Director andEuropean Sports Marketing Director with acquisition of new partnersand renewals of existingpartnerships.
