About the Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with operators, aggregators, and platform providers. You will be expected to manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation—while building long-term relationships that contribute to the company’s growth and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute a sales strategy to acquire new B2B partners in key regulated and emerging markets.
* Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, events, and cold outreach.
* Present company products and services to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to client needs and market trends.
* Manage the full sales pipeline, including CRM tracking, proposal generation, and contract negotiation.
* Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and build relationships.
* Collaborate closely with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
* Stay informed of market developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
* Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
