Technical Support Co-ordinator
About Us
At Manheim Vehicle Solutions, we provide expert de-fleet and handover services for our clients. As vehicle technology evolves, so does our business – and so will you. We’re committed to continuous learning, offering training to keep you up to speed with the latest manufacturer developments.
Our mission is to deliver operational excellence and exceptional customer service – and it all starts with our team.
What We’re Looking For
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, Manheim Vehicle Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to become a key part of our evolving team.
We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our mechanical workshop team, supporting the flow of work, keeping our customer service team informed, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments like PDI, MOT, and Warranty. If you're ready to play a vital role in a growing business that’s always adapting to new vehicle technologies – we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as a central point of communication, providing daily updates to the customer service team on vehicle progress.
* Work closely with the workshop team, prioritising urgent or aged vehicles.
* Support the PDI, MOT, and Warranty departments with key administrative tasks.
* Organise vehicle preparation checks with technicians for seamless practical handovers.
* Liaise with our Front of House team to ensure work is prioritised effectively.
* Keep systems and portals up to date with accurate vehicle and service campaign information.
* Ensure full compliance with brand and company standards.
* Assign work across workshop departments and provide clear direction.
* Be a go-to support across business areas when guidance is needed.
* Stay on top of your workload, managing your time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
What You Will Need
* A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
* Previous experience using manufacturer systems (preferred).
* Comfortable working within structured procedures and regulations.
* Solid administrative skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Confident in handling customer queries and providing a resolution-focused approach.
* A true team player who can also work independently and use initiative.
Why Join Us?
* Be part of a forward-thinking company with ongoing investment in people and technology.
* Enjoy a role with variety, responsibility, and opportunities for growth.
* Receive ongoing training to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
* Work with a supportive team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
