Salary: £35,000 – £43,000 + 8% Employer Pension Contribution
Hours: 35-hour working week
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading on drawing production with precision, consistency, and excellence
* Delivering technical guidance in your core specialism to inspire and support others
* Planning and managing project resources, flexing to meet client deadlines
* Reviewing and improving outputs from your peers to ensure top-tier quality
* Creating efficient, rationalised calculations and designs to modern standards
* Monitoring regulatory and design changes, and championing best practice across teams
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial
* Strong technical report-writing skills (e.g., Drainage Strategy Reports, Flood Risk Assessments, O&M Manuals)
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead without needing direction
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Solid software and Microsoft Office proficiency
* A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
