You will need classroom experience as well as SEN knowledge and experience, ideally working either 1 to 1 with a students with SEN. Having helpful, positive and have a can-do attitude is a must! Making sure all resources the children may need are available Supporting learning in the classroom, 1:1 and small groups Assisting with classroom behaviour management.
