SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Old Trafford & Surrounding South Manchester Areas Start Date: ASAP or September 2026 Contract: Full-time Are you experienced in supporting young people with special educational needs? A range of mainstream secondary schools in South Manchester are seeking skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their on-site specialist SEN provision, which supports students who require additional structure, smaller class sizes, and targeted intervention. About the SEN Provisions The provision offers: Small, structured teaching groups A supportive environment focused on emotional regulation Tailored learning plans for each student Close collaboration with the school’s SENCO and pastoral team You will work directly within this unit, supporting students who need additional help accessing learning while still being part of a mainstream school community.
