Make a Home at Taylor Wimpey
At Taylor Wimpey, we don’t just build houses; we build futures. This role you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning of 2 x compounds & toilets and show homes. The Cleaning Technicians will work alongside the Site Management Team and will have a structured programme to follow for each development. Work areas to be cleaned as work progresses and waste materials to be disposed of appropriately.
Cleaning of each property to a high standard including the garage if necessary.
Internal cleaning of window frames and glass ensuring our homes are ready to wow our customers on move in day.
Cleaning of all ceramic and sanitary wear in the properties, including taps, shower screens, wastes to remove all dust and grime.
CSCS Card holder
Proven working experience in a cleaning role
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Full, clean driving license – will need to travel to various construction sites
