Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and accurately update CRM software and internal systems to log and monitor all quotations
*
Create and manage detailed real-time reports and spreadsheets to track progress of quote submissions
*
Build and manage efficient quote pipelines, similar to PPC funnels, guiding leads from initial inquiry to final approval
*
Assist in creating and sending competitively priced, accurate service quotes to clients
*
Use internal scheduling tools to assign tasks to engineers or contractors
*
Keep all client portals and platforms up to date with the latest job and quote status information
Skills & Experience Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with clients and internal teams
*
Outstanding attention to detail for data accuracy and reporting
*
Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools in a professional setting
*
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
