Overview

Cambridge Regional College have an exciting part-time opportunity for a first-class Senior Administrator to join our friendly Curriculum Administration team at our Cambridge Campus. You will join us on a full-time (37 hours per week), permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £23,519.00 p.a. pro rata, plus staff benefits.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting into the Team Leader – Curriculum Administration & Reception and part of the wider Curriculum Administration team, as our Senior Administrator you will play a key senior administration role and help support colleagues across the college.

The primary duties of this post will include:

* Provide a first-class clerical/administrative/secretarial/PA/student support service to the Directors, Head of Departments and staff within the Directorate of Teaching & Learning
* Liaise between Departments for collation/dissemination of information
* Support colleagues within Curriculum Administration, Reception & Customer Service
* Act as a central point of contact for departmental enquiries from external and internal customers
* Provide collation/dissemination of Teaching & Learning data and information


Qualifications and Experience

* The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and able to manage their own workload. They must also be willing to work as part of a team, take responsibility for their department areas, and contribute to planning and the smooth running of college events, providing a high level of customer service to staff, students and visitors.
* Essential: high standard of IT and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, strong written communication, time management skills, ability to work under pressure.
* GCSE English + Maths grade 4/C or above (or equivalent qualification) essential for this role.
* Ideal: desire to build on administration experience and take on more responsibility; role involves dealing with confidential and important material.
