Your role will be instrumental in shaping sourcing strategies, enabling transformation, driving commercial excellence, and building process efficiencies in partnership with stakeholders and global category teams. In this high-impact role, you will: _Manage a small team_ of sourcing professionals, collaborating with MEU regional stakeholders and global category leads to unlock opportunities within assigned corporate professional services categories. _Develop and implement regional and/or global category strategies_ that align with business goals, transformation priorities, and key performance indicators-leveraging technology, data, and market insights. _Build strategic supplier relationships_ and manage performance, ensuring service quality, innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement. _Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy and execution_ for 'White Spaces' - spend categories currently unaddressed by procurement - delivering measurable value and positive stakeholder impact. _Drive commercial excellence_ through structured negotiations, rate card / cost model harmonization, contract optimization, de-complexification and sustainable sourcing practices. _Proactively assess risks and opportunities_ across the supply base, ensuring business continuity and competitive advantage for MDLZ. _Manage the full contract lifecycle_, including contract review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management to ensure compliance and maximize value. _Partner with global and regional stakeholders_ to enable agile and effective decision-making, while ensuring procurement governance and policy compliance. A strong desire to drive impact and elevate procurement's role as a strategic business partner. You will bring: 10 years of strategic sourcing experience in business services or other indirect categories, CPG background is a plus. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of how procurement drives financial value and operational agility. Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and supplier engagements with top-tier service providers. A forward-looking mindset, with curiosity for digital solutions, market trends, and innovative sourcing models. High organizational agility and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across functions and regions. Experience working in transformation-focused environments, with a demonstrated ability to balance structure and speed. A consistent track record of modeling integrity, collaboration, and accountability. Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Engineering, Business or related. Master's degree is a plus. Travel requirements: Once or twice per year. Work schedule: Monday to Friday. Hybrid Role - Office 2-3 days per week.
