The Company This company provide IT support and services to charities and social enterprises across London from their offices in Bethnal Green and now in Bath. The Position Job Title: IT Support Apprentice Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship Duration: 13 Months EPA Location: Highstreet, BA2 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm Salary: £15,600 Role and Responsibilities You'll be working in a small but growing team of 11 very friendly people. At this company you will be open to new ideas, and your input and creativity will be much welcomed. As the business is growing, there will be lots of things to experience and a role that you can shape/make your own. As an apprentice, you will: · Be interested in IT, technology · Support the Helpdesk team in all aspects of problem resolution · Have excellent verbal and written communication · Be a team player that is able to take direction · Be a self-starter and initiative taking · Have attention to detail Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: This company are looking for an enthusiastic and smart IT apprentice/trainee who is interested in doing their training with them. You will gain experience in lots of different aspects of IT - from office moves, to setting up of computers, to Office 365 & Azure migrations and more!
