Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time | September Start
Location: Old Trafford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Old Trafford, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September.

The Role
As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured, and differentiated lessons
* Assessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress, providing purposeful feedback and targeted support
* Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, supported, and motivated
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practice
* Taking part in professional development opportunities to continually strengthen your teaching practice
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who can demonstrate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Year 4 or across Key Stage 2
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Confidence differentiating learning to meet a range of needs and abilities
* A secure understanding of the National Curriculum and current teaching strategies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence using digital tools and technology to support learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
