We have an opportunity for a Night Porter (16hrs) to join our growing team

About The Role
The night porter must ensure the preparation of the hotel to the highest standards for the next day's events, as well as ensuring any guests checking in or returning late receive a front-line service which projects the image of the hotel in a positive and customer-friendly manner.
Your job responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Assist in the cleaning and set up of function rooms
* Clean, dust and hoover the public areas of the hotel
* Provide basic check in, check out and billing of guests
* Provide residents bar service after bar shut down
* Ensure all guests and staff are escorted off the property safely
* Answer and deal with any telephone queries
* Have a thorough knowledge of the hotel evacuation procedures
* Extend the highest level of hospitality to all guests at all times
* Nightly security checks on hotel and apartments
* Prepare a list of breakfast room services for reception and the kitchen
* Ensure all relevant Health and Safety policies are adhered to and implemented
