Support Worker
Full time roles available (39 hours per week)
£60 per hour
Every day is different as we support our service users to make their own choices, achieve their goals and live as independently as possible within their own homes.
The service is staffed with various shifts (including evenings, and weekends- Waking night shifts are essential ) to ensure that individual's needs are fully met.
You will provide support with; medication administration, personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, social inclusion, and emotional support. One of the most important parts of the role is supporting with access the community and social activities. Our services users enjoy many different activities such as: fishing trips, go-karting, football and going on holiday.
Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided. You must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to ensure a consistent approach, excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable and friendly manner.
An Enhanced adult PVG is required for this role.
