The role:
NUGENT is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to work across all business units. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, and supporting marketing efforts. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing activities, from digital campaigns to events management, while fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Build brand awareness and ensure consistency in all communication channels across the business.
2. Collaborate with international offices to support their marketing efforts and maintain consistent messaging across the Group.
3. Design and produce ad-hoc marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and event tickets.
4. Develop special presentations for tenders, key client meetings, and events.
5. Create and distribute email marketing campaigns, analysing and reporting on their effectiveness.
6. Monitor and report on website activity and metrics using Google Analytics.
7. Manage and maintain social media channels and website, including creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
8. Report on engagement and activity generated from social media posts.
9. Plan and execute internal and external events, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes.
10. Organise charity campaigns and initiatives that align with the company’s values and foster community involvement.
11. Liaise with and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including external agencies, venues, printers, and photographers.
12. Contribute to employee well-being incentives and morale-boosting activities through creative internal marketing campaigns.
13. Support initiatives such as wellness programs, team-building events, and recognition campaigns.
14. Develop engaging internal communication strategies to enhance staff engagement and foster a positive work culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
* Strong understanding of email marketing tools and Google Analytics for reporting and analysis.
* Experience designing and producing marketing materials using relevant software.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience in event planning and management, including charity campaigns, is a plus.
* A creative mindset with attention to detail and a focus on brand consistency.
