Responsibilities:
1. Assist the HSE Director in defining, developing, maintaining, and improving the Business Group level HSE system, documents, and tools.
2. Ensure the implementation and quality of all site-level HSE systems.
3. Monitor, mentor, train, and oversee the performance of an in-house HSE Advisor responsible for daily HSE tasks.
Qualifications:
1. University Degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, Engineering, or related technical disciplines such as Chemistry or Materials Science.
2. Minimum of two years' management experience in a multi-site HSE role.
3. Experience in developing and managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, or similar management systems.
4. Willingness and ability to travel to other Connectors facilities within the scope of responsibility.
