We have an exciting opportunity for a recent Graduate to join our experienced and talented Health & Safety team in Bristol as part of our Evolve Graduate Programme commencing in October 2026.

Our two-year EVOLVE graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Health & Safety Consultant at Ridge, you will benefit from on job learning experiences whilst working on specialist Health & Safety projects.
What will I be doing?
* Assisting in the preparation of pre-construction information and reviewing Construction Phase Plans (CPPs).
* Supporting Principal Designers and senior consultants in delivering CDM duties.
* Attending design team meetings and providing administrative support.
* Conducting site inspections, audits, and contributing to health and safety reports.
* Advising clients and contractors on CDM compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
* Attend project, design, and other meetings, escalating issues as required by the project plan
What do I need to succeed?

* I have a related degree at 2:2 or above achieved in 2025 or 2026 – Health & Safety, Surveying, Engineering are most aligned however we will consider other subjects if you have some experience to support your application
* I am available to start work full-time from 5 October 2026.
* I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship.
* I am curious and eager to learn.
