About the Role
We are looking for a diligent and proactive HR Assistant to join our People Team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to build a career in Human Resources. You will provide essential administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive experience for our employees. This role is fully on-site and offers hands-on exposure to all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
1.Provide comprehensive administrative support for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
2.Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation with high accuracy.
Be the first point of contact for general employee HR enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
3.Maintain and update employee records in our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring 100% data integrity.
4.Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing assessment materials.
5.Assist with payroll administration by compiling and processing changes, leavers, and absences.
6.Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and company events.
7.Ensure compliance by assisting with right-to-work checks and filing.
Requirements
1.Some office administration or customer service experience; an internship in HR is a strong advantage.
2.A keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
3.Impeccable attention to detail and superb organisational skills.
4.Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with an HRIS is a plus.
7.A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn quickly.
