This programme is perfect for graduates or career changers who aspire to teach but want classroom experience first. You’ll begin by working in one of our partner schools as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Cover Supervisor, gaining invaluable insight into school life while earning a salary.
After your initial placement, you’ll transition seamlessly into school-based teacher training, supported by experienced mentors and a structured development plan.
