We’re recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Harrogate, delivering pre‑set lessons and keeping learning on track when teachers are absent.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead classes using prepared work
2. Keep students focused and engaged
3. Manage behaviour positively
4. Support learning across a range of subjects
5. No planning. No marking. Just teach and go.
You’ll Be Great If You Have…
6. Experience with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work)
7. Confidence in front of a class
8. Strong communication and organisation skills
9. A flexible, can‑do attitude
