As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Manufacturing Project Manager to join the team and play a critical role in delivering high-impact engineering projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring technical and commercial objectives are met on time.
Working closely with the Engineering Manager to coordinate teams in Surrey and remotely across global locations.
Creating and managing detailed project plans, tracking milestones and key deliverables.
Implementing project controls, reporting on KPIs and maintaining clear documentation.
Coordinating with Purchasing and suppliers to oversee prototype builds and optimise sourcing.
Managing risks and proactively implementing corrective actions when needed.
Supporting engineering teams and facilitating review meetings, capturing actions and driving progress.
Championing continuous improvement in project processes and delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM ).
Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Ideally Degree-qualified in Engineering or related field.
Willingness to travel occasionally to other UK sites.
