Your role will involve: Overseeing building surveys and inspections Managing a diverse range of projects Providing expert advice to clients on property matters, including Party Wall and Boundary Agreements Ensuring compliance with building regulations (Building Safety, CDM) and standards Developing and implementing best practises for quality assurance Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment Who You Are: Our client is looking for someone with a passion for building surveying and a knack for leadership!
