Responsibilities
* Support residents by providing information to promote independence, good health and well‑being.
* Complete mandatory compliance tasks alongside health and safety checks.
* Report and monitor repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
* Deliver high quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints.
* Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.
* Complete Sign‑Ups, Terminations and Settling‑in Visits.
* Cover other schemes as and when required.
Qualifications
* Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
* Proven experience working with older people and understanding their individual needs (or similar).
* Working knowledge of good practice resident involvement or customer participation activities.
* Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
* Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information.
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Travel is required for the role; a full valid driving licence is essential.
Salary and Hours
£21,132 – £21,785 per year (a 1 bedroom flat is provided). 30 hours per week, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
