* Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum

Duties of a Service Advisor
* Providing outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact for service department clients
* Managing service bookings and advising customers on additional work and services
* Upselling extra services such as service plans, warranties and maintenance packages
* Achieving customer satisfaction scores of £800-£1,000 through effective interactions
* Collaborating with workshop and parts departments to facilitate efficient service delivery
* Maintaining accurate records within the dealership management system (DMS)
* Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Requirements of a Service Advisor
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
* Exceptional customer service skills with a professional manner
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
* Ability to upsell services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
* Knowledge of DMS systems, such as Drive and Kerridge, is advantageous
* Confident, personable, with a focus on delivering high‑quality service
