Roles are available on a flexible supply basis or as longer-term placements, depending on your preference. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and progress Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback Work collaboratively with department colleagues and wider school staff Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure pupil safety and wellbeing What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics Experience teaching Maths at secondary level Confident classroom and behaviour management skills A flexible, reliable and positive approach to teaching SHEFTEACH
