Major Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing branding and creative services agency and they are looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team to help develop and deliver outstanding nutritional products.

All about the role and company you would be working for!

Position: Account Director
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + annual bonus + excellent benefits

Private Health, Gym Membership, Flexitime, Sick pay, Pension, Generous Holiday entitlement, Company events.

Hybrid: 2 days wfh, early finish on Fridays

Flexitime 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
Location: Surrey

Responsibilities:

Serve as the key client contact and own long-term client relationships on a number of key client accounts
Support in leading the client services team, across both branding and product services to deliver a variety of brand creation, product development and manufacturing projects for their clients.
Project management, scoping/budgeting and evaluation
Ensure they are developing strong, long-term relationships and that they have a holistic understanding of our clients, their brands and goals
Work with the NPD and Operations teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, and to exceed client expectations every step of the way
You will also support on developing of the client portfolio with the goal of elevating the quality of their output and growing their client relationships.
Encourage and execute career planning throughout the client services team to ensure they attract, develop & retain the best talent - play a coaching and supportive role in building the team's capability through regular performance managementAbout you?

A natural contributor and creative problem solverWhat background and experience are the company looking for?

Ideally at least 5 years professional experience in nutrition or cosmetics
Proven record managing projects efficiently, on-time and on-budget
Experience growing client accounts and proactively seeking business opportunities
Experience with project management and analysis
Managing a wide team and overseeing individual development
