Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Marketing, eCommerce, Digital and Creative talent across the UK
Central Employment are working with an established global services provider, as they look to recruit a Trade Marketing Manager, to deliver a range of in-store trade marketing activations.

With a background in Retail/Trade Marketing, you'll be an enthusiastic self-starter with strong written and organisational skills and an impeccable eye for detail. Working within the fast-paced retail marketing team, you'll have a positive attitude, be a real team player with a great work ethic. You'll need to be a well-rounded commercial marketeer with good working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite, ideally with an interest Retail.
Your role:
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Retail, working across the Trade activation. You will be responsible for the creation and distribution of all sales aids and marketing material for the trade team as well as retail stores, following brand guidelines and ensuring complete accuracy at all times.
You will need to:
* Attend trade marketing meetings to gain an understanding of target markets, product benefits and key selling points, then translate this into relevant communications plans and content briefs
* Be responsible for the creation and distribution of trade product presentation sheets and other marketing assets in a timely manner for our remote area sales managers
* Create merchandising solutions, including planograms, for our key product launches
* Collate and prepare launch images and make them available to the trade team, retailers and other parties who require them
* Manage the production of monthly store events booklets, liaising with our retail stores on content
* Produce in-store marketing materials, in‑line with the wider communications plan and store trading needs
* Oversee the promotion of our customer loyalty program in stores, producing marketing materials and working with store staff to drive uptake
* Produce a monthly report on retail marketing activity and KPIs
* Assist in the organising and attendance (where appropriate) of both trade and consumer exhibitions
* Work with the Head of Retail to identify new marketing initiatives and change strategy accordingly
Essential skills:
* Circa 3-5 years within a dedicated Trade Marketing
* Operated within the Retail and or FMCG
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple activations and deadlines
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
