Due to increased workflow, this award-winning firm is now seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join as their Deputy Head of Operations.

The Role
You will be joining a friendly, supportive team of highly experienced lawyers who invest in their staff and offer significant career progression. This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and more. You will work hands‑on with high‑end estate agents and enjoy a real variety of work.
Requirements
* Residential Property Senior Associate with 7+ relevant years of PQE
* Dynamic and personable individual
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
* Enjoy client‑facing position and able to develop rapport
* Previous experience managing a team/department
* Experience in training or mentoring juniors is advantageous
