As a key member of the Special Care Dental service, you will be the first point of contact for our vulnerable patients.
You will ensure that dental patients’ appointments are appropriately scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on the needs of the patients.
Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic, ensuring all are dealt with professionally, warmly, and empathetically, and performing general office duties such as answering telephones, scanning, and filing notes.
Undertake other duties as directed by senior management.

Our Special Care Dental service requires an administrator to work at our Dental clinic. You will need excellent communication and IT skills, and be organized to complete administrative tasks promptly.
You will work closely with the Senior Dental Nurse and clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, including scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments, arranging emergency appointments for patients with infection or pain, and assisting patients with forms.
Dealing with telephone inquiries and previous experience with dental software is desirable.
