This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a professional, client facing environment. The Client Experience team is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors, whether by telephone, email, or in person, and plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.
The successful candidate will provide professional and efficient support to both clients and colleagues while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a busy switchboard and handling incoming enquiries
2. Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
3. Supporting the day to day operation of meeting rooms and client areas
4. Assisting with client meetings and events, including room set-up and refreshments
5. Handling incoming and outgoing post and scanning documentation where required
6. Providing general administrative and operational support as needed
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8:00am and 8:00pm on a rota basis agreed in advance.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high levels of service. You will also have:
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. A professional and client-focused approach
9. The ability to work effectively within a team environment
10. Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office
11. Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours when required
Previous front-of-house, reception, hospitality, or professional services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
