Responsibilities

Provide tailored one:to:one and group support to students
*
Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt learning resources and strategies
*
Promote positive behaviour and support emotional regulation
*
Encourage social development and independent learning
*
Participate in enrichment and life:skills activities
*
Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment
Requirements
*
A track record of 6 to 12 months working in UK school settings
*
Strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and associated conditions
*
Ability to form positive, supportive relationships with students
*
Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness
