Must Have’s
* Strong people skills – you know how to build rapport and hold a conversation
* Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
* Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders (IT/Ops Directors)
* Proactive, driven, and keen to learn
* Able to work from the Cheltenham office
Nice to have’s
* B2B sales experience, especially in tech or SaaS
* Experience managing the full sales cycle
* Familiarity with outbound outreach or lead qualification
* A passion for helping clients solve real problems
So what will you be doing?
* Reaching out to US-based B2B prospects and generating new business
* Qualifying leads and guiding them through a consultative sales journey
* Building trusted relationships with decision-makers
* Running product demos based on client needs and challenges
* Working closely with the pre-sales and wider commercial team
* Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
