We’re looking for a Senior
Planner to join our Operational Excellence team within Insurance and Money
Services.
What you’ll bring
It’s an exciting time in our
business and we need a Senior Planner to join our resource planning team
within our claims department. So why not
bring your talent, expertise, and skills to join our friendly team and make a
difference to our customers, communities, and planet?
As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible motivating
and leading a team of analysts to support high-level business plans and
budgets, working within the risk framework to deliver the best service. within the
claims department. You will also prioritise
the team’s workload and examine operational performance, identify trends, and
make recommendations for performance improvements. Your insight and analysis will support
improved customer, colleague and business outcomes.
We're looking for a pro-active,
driven individual with previous experience working in a similar role.
