Base pay range
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSE Manager to join a global and progressive organisation within the FMCG industry. You will play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

Description
* Manage and maintain compliance assurance tools to ensure adherence to legal, permit, and internal HSE standards.
* Support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols related to high-risk operations, including process safety management requirements.
* Design and execute internal audit programs, including behavioural assessments, to proactively detect and address potential compliance issues.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of HSE-related corrective and preventive actions.
* Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to define and document inspection, testing, and maintenance plans for safety-critical equipment and systems.
* Act as a subject matter expert during external audits and inspections related to safety, environmental, health, and fire protection regulations.
* Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are effectively implemented and shared across the site.
* Develop and manage training programs to ensure all required SHE training is comprehensive, up to date, and tracked to completion.
Profile
* Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, fostering high performance and accountability.
* Skilled in building open, honest, and trusting relationships that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
* Experienced in project management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and drive multiple initiatives to successful completion.
