They lead the front-of-house team, coordinate daily service operations, and act as a liaison between kitchen staff and servers. The Head Waiter ensures that all service standards, hygiene regulations, and Member expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the lounge waiters. Greet members in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring waiters. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service. Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable area. Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies. About you: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly. Good organisational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic restaurant management tools.
