Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Luton
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary school in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of engaging lessons and provide additional support to pupils where required. You will play a key role in helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support pupil learning
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Supporting pupils with varying abilities and needs
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Assisting with assessment and feedback where appropriate
Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all timesRequirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Previous experience working in a Primary school or similar setting
Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
