, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving high-impact development strategies that enable our people to thrive.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner to lead the design and delivery of innovative organisational development initiatives. This role is also central to embedding a high-performance culture and delivering Lead TfL, our approach to leadership development.
What You'll Be Doing
* Driving the delivery of key elements of TfL's Colleague strategy, ensuring our leaders are equipped to meet current and future challenges.
* Designing and implementing organisational development initiatives that align structure, capability, systems, processes, and culture.
* Developing and embedding behavioural and competency frameworks to support performance and growth.
* Using internal and external data to inform targeted OD and talent interventions.
* Managing diagnostic tools to assess organisational capability and readiness.
* Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, people partnering and external delivery providers to ensure joined-up, evidence-based delivery.
* Supporting the embedding of organisational values and contribute to making TfL a great place to work.
What You'll Bring
* Experience delivering OD and talent strategies in large, complex, and unionised environments.
* Understanding and experience of working in a strategic HR and a people partnering environment
* Proven ability to develop and embed behavioural and cultural change.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence strategy.
* Experience in designing and delivering leadership development initiatives at all levels
* Experience of equality, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Skilled in facilitation and learning delivery
* Strong internal stakeholder engagement skills working with senior leaders and HR colleagues. Experience of managing external delivery partners.
* Experience leading complex projects from diagnostics stages to embedding and sustainability.
