We're a retail, events, and management consultancy group based in the heart of Liverpool. Our mission is simple: to create memorable experiences, deliver measurable results, and guide clients through the ever-evolving world of commerce.
From dynamic retail ventures to headline-making events and strategic consultancy, we help organisations grow, innovate, and connect with their audiences. At our core, we blend creativity with commercial intelligence—whether we're launching a new concept store, managing a live event, or shaping business strategy.
The Role
We're looking for a Team Leader to take charge of a fast-moving team within our retail and events division. This is a hands-on leadership position where planning meets performance—you'll be the driving force behind projects that inspire customers, engage partners, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
You'll coordinate day-to-day operations, support staff development, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy leading people to achieve shared goals, this role is for you.
