Your new company is a pioneer in the Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) market, leading the next evolution in legal services through AI-integrated contracting. They are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their team as a Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management) in Belfast.
Their client base includes Fortune 500 companies, global banks, pharmaceutical firms, and large tech companies. The firm employs over 300 professionals across Europe and North America.
Your Role
As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, collaborating with in-house legal teams, and managing caseloads. You should be a team player, communicative, result-driven, confident, and adaptable.
Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts.
* Work closely with clients’ legal departments on international deals, procurement, marketing, and technology matters.
* Manage caseloads actively and adhere to delivery processes.
* Maintain and update data in company and client systems.
* Assist in developing contract templates and tools.
Requirements
* Law degree or legally qualified.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with client-facing roles and commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.
Desirable
* Experience in telecommunications, financial services, or professional services.
* In-house legal experience.
