Your new role
Asmunications Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering clear, engaging, and impactfulmunications that reflect the organisation’s values and culture. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanency.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Internalmunications: Keep employees informed and connected through newsletters, SharePoint updates, emailmunications, and signage. Organise engagement and wellbeing events, manage branded materials, and act as a brand ambassador.
2. Externalmunications: Create and schedule social media content, assist with presentations and videos, maintain media archives, update website content, coordinate press releases, and produce quarterly SHEQ updates.
3. Client & Industry Engagement: Support business development activities, prepare tender documentation, manage external events, and maintain accurate contact lists.
What you'll need to succeed
4. Minimum 3 years’ experience in amunications, PR, or marketing role.
5. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and design tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
6. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
7. A third-level qualification inmunications, PR, or Marketing is desirable.
