We have a new opportunity for a Senior Reliability Engineer within our Engineering team.
You will lead a small team to support the delivery of the site’s Asset Reliability strategy, focusing on day-to-day reliability improvements, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment. You will support the Site Engineering Lead in executing reliability initiatives, implementing TPM, Asset Care, Root Cause Analysis, and other continuous improvement programs at the operational level.

* Lead a small engineering team to reduce operational downtime and improve equipment reliability.
* Support the deployment of TPM and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives.
* Analyse operational losses and implement solutions using Root Cause Analysis and A3 problem-solving.
* Coach and develop team members to improve skills, engagement, and performance.
* Ensure all engineering activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company standards.
This is what you'll actually do:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of engineers and technical operatives.
* Prioritise and ensure completion of corrective and preventative maintenance actions.
* Analyse top operational losses and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
* Support standardisation and continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards.
* Deputise for the Site Engineering Lead when required.
* Liaise with wider FFG Engineering colleagues to share best practices.
* Assist with local deployment of capital projects and automation plans.
Ideally, this is you:
* Experienced in engineering maintenance or reliability within FMCG/food manufacturing.
* Knowledgeable in TPM, Asset Care, and Root Cause Analysis principles.
* Skilled in team coaching and development.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills (MS Office; PowerBI desirable).
* Excellent communicator with confidence to share updates with teams and management.
* Degree in Engineering or relevant technical qualification desirable.
* Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
