The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning and delivery of high‑quality Early Years provision within Progression Step 1, in line with the Curriculum for Wales. The ability to use, or willingness to develop skills in, alternative communication methods such as Makaton would be advantageous.

A strong commitment to the school’s nurturing, inclusive and community‑focused ethos is essential. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are required, alongside initiative, adaptability and a flexible approach to supporting young children.
